What we handle, end to end

A sole proprietorship is one of the simplest and most popular forms of business ownership for individual entrepreneurs — ideal for small businesses, consultants, freelancers, retailers and service providers wanting minimal compliance and complete operational control.

We obtain the registrations that give a proprietorship its legitimacy: GST registration, Shop & Establishment licence, MSME registration, Professional Tax registration where applicable, and other statutory requirements. We also advise on tax implications, accounting systems and future scalability.

Suitable for businesses owned and managed by two or more individuals. A properly drafted partnership deed provides clarity on ownership, responsibilities, profit-sharing and dispute resolution — the absence of one is where most partnership disputes begin.

We draft the deed and obtain PAN, GST registration, MSME registration and other business registrations, then advise partners on taxation, accounting, statutory compliance and future conversion into an LLP or company if expansion requires a more structured entity.

An LLP combines the flexibility of a partnership with the protection of limited liability — an effective choice for professionals, service firms, startups and growing businesses.

We provide complete LLP incorporation: name reservation, Digital Signature Certificates, Director Identification Numbers, LLP agreement drafting, PAN, TAN, GST registration and MCA filings, and we make sure you understand the ongoing obligations under the LLP Act before you commit to the structure.

One of the most preferred structures for startups and growing businesses seeking credibility, investment and long-term expansion.

We manage the complete incorporation process: name approval, Digital Signature Certificates, Director Identification Numbers, Memorandum and Articles of Association, incorporation filings with the MCA, PAN, TAN and initial statutory registrations — followed by guidance on post-incorporation compliance including ROC filings, accounting, GST and board meeting requirements.

For entrepreneurs who want the benefits of a corporate entity without bringing in additional shareholders.

We handle the complete incorporation formalities, statutory documentation, MCA filings, PAN, TAN, GST registration and ongoing compliance — and advise on conversion into a Private Limited Company as the business expands past the applicable thresholds.

Organisations formed for charitable, educational, social welfare, environmental or non-profit objectives often choose the Section 8 structure for its credibility and regulatory recognition.

We assist with the incorporation process, constitutional documents, licensing, MCA approvals, PAN, TAN and statutory registrations, plus guidance on compliance requirements, accounting standards, Income Tax exemptions, CSR eligibility and annual regulatory filings.

The Government of India offers various incentives for eligible startups under the Startup India initiative. We help entrepreneurs obtain recognition while making sure eligibility conditions and documentation are properly fulfilled.

Our startup consultancy covers structure selection, incorporation, DPIIT recognition, MSME registration, GST registration, accounting system setup, compliance planning, financial projections and investor documentation.

Digital Signature Certificates and Director Identification Numbers are prerequisites for incorporation and for electronic filing with government authorities.

We obtain, renew and update DSCs and DINs, and provide support for DSC registration, token management, DIN KYC and other MCA requirements so that statutory filing is never held up by an expired certificate.

Every business entity requires various tax registrations before commencing operations. We obtain PAN, TAN, GST registration, Professional Tax registration where applicable, and other statutory registrations necessary for lawful operation — completed accurately and without the delays that hold up a first invoice.

Registration is the beginning of the compliance journey, not the end of it. Every registered entity carries ongoing obligations across taxation, accounting, ROC filings, GST returns, TDS, payroll and statutory records.

Our annual compliance management covers GST return filing, income tax return filing, ROC and MCA compliance, accounting and bookkeeping, payroll and TDS management, annual financial statements, business licence renewals and compliance calendar management.

How it works

From first call to certificate of incorporation

Day 0 · Free

Structure consultation

We go through what the business does, who's involved, how it will be funded and what you expect over three years — then recommend a structure and explain the compliance it carries. You leave with a written scope and fee.

Day 1–2

Digital signatures and name approval

DSCs are issued for each proposed director and the name application goes in. We check proposed names against existing companies and trademarks first, because a rejected name is the most common cause of delay.

Day 2–4

Drafting and execution

Memorandum and Articles, or the partnership or LLP agreement, are drafted around the decisions taken at step one — shareholding, roles, capital and the terms that matter if the founders later disagree.

Day 4–8

Filing with the MCA

The incorporation application is filed with all attachments, along with PAN and TAN. We respond to any resubmission queries directly rather than passing them back to you.

Day 7–12

Incorporation and opening registrations

Certificate of Incorporation issued, followed by the bank account documentation, GST registration, MSME registration and any licences your sector requires.

Ongoing

Your compliance calendar goes live

Every recurring obligation the new entity carries — ROC filings, GST returns, TDS, payroll, licence renewals — is scheduled, with reminders before each date rather than after.

Indicative timeline for a Private Limited Company where documents are complete and the first name choice is approved. LLP and OPC timelines are similar; proprietorship and partnership are usually faster.

Why choose us

Registration is the easy part. Year two is the test.

Plenty of services will incorporate a company cheaply. Fewer are still answering the phone when the first ROC notice arrives.

35+ years of practice

The firm has incorporated businesses through three regimes of company law. Structure advice comes from having seen how these choices age.

Complete setup, one roof

Incorporation, PAN, TAN, GST, MSME, licences and the first year's compliance handled by the same team.

Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries

Structure, tax and secretarial questions answered by the people qualified for each, not by a single generalist.

Guidance on structure, not upselling

If a proprietorship is genuinely right for you, we'll say so — and register it — rather than sell you a company you don't need.

Post-registration support

Annual compliance packages so the entity we set up stays in good standing without you tracking dates.

Transparent and confidential

Written scope and fee before work starts. Your documents stay with the people working on the file.

Common questions

Before you decide

For a Private Limited Company, usually seven to twelve working days once digital signatures are issued and the name is approved. Proprietorship and partnership registrations are faster. Almost every delay we see traces back to incomplete documents or a name that clashes with an existing company or trademark, which is why we check names before filing.
Yes, a residential address can serve as a registered office. You'll need a recent utility bill for the premises and a no-objection certificate from the owner if the property isn't yours. The registered office can be changed later, though the process differs depending on whether you're moving within the same state.
Yes. Conversion to an LLP or a Private Limited Company is common once turnover grows or a partner or investor comes in. It isn't simply a re-registration — assets, contracts, GST registration and bank accounts all need to move across, and there are tax consequences to the transfer. We'd want to look at your accounts before advising on timing.
Yes, subject to conditions — a company must have at least one director resident in India, and documents executed abroad need notarisation or apostille depending on the country. FEMA rules also apply to the shareholding. This is a case where we'd want the specifics before you begin collecting documents.
Not always. It depends on turnover thresholds, whether you supply interstate, whether you sell through e-commerce, and your sector. Some businesses register voluntarily because customers expect it or because input tax credit is worth more than the compliance. We'll tell you which case you're in rather than registering by default.
It depends on the structure, the number of directors, the state of registration and which additional registrations you need — government fees and stamp duty vary considerably between them. You'll get a written scope and fee at the first consultation, before any work begins, and it won't change without your agreement.
